Young Hairdresser of the Year
A TV programme of interest will be showing on BBC3 next week- The Young Hairdresser of the Year. Five young hairdressers will be competing, and the tasks include creating a glossy hairdo for a magazine cover, an 'iconic' look and another for the catwalk. The judges are Adee Phelan and Beverly C (Corbella). The programme starts 10.30pm-11.30pm on Monday 30th November, but is repeated at various times on BBC3 later next week. Mind . Body . Soul Exhibition
The next Mind. Body. Soul Exhibition will be taking place on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd November 2009 at Chilford Hall in Cambridge. There will be lectures, workshops and stage demonstrations and you can sign up for a free copy of the programme to be posted to you. The International Therapist magazine will now be published quarterly instead of bi-monthly. We have the October 2009 issue in stock, so the next issue will be arriving in January 2010. The current issue includes articles on ayurvedic treatments and advice about COSHH and waxing patch tests on the 'Ask an expert' page.
