Hairdressers have the Happiest Clients
A study measuring customer satisfaction has confirmed that hairdressers are better than any other service industry at keeping their clients happy.
In the study by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), hairdressers achieved a customer service satisfaction index of 84 out of 100.
If you feel that you would like to improve on 84%, head for the Library shelves where you will find plenty of books on customer service. One you might want to look at is Customer Service for Dummies- this is also available as an e-book that you can read from any computer with Internet access.
