Hairdressers have the Happiest Clients
A study measuring customer satisfaction has confirmed that hairdressers are better than any other service industry at keeping their clients happy.
In the study by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), hairdressers achieved a customer service satisfaction index of 84 out of 100.
